Disgusting service

Till today I am still waiting for pick 'n pay to be in touch with me as they have delivered a damaged fridge and asked for them to fetch it and delivered to correct fridge with no damage on it. But it is still a hustle just like it was before delivery, I don't know if this will take a month like it took for delivery after purchase. I need this useless fridge to be collected deliver the correct one or refund my money. The service I have received so far it is by far the most pathetic and poor service i have every gotten anywhere
