Disgusting Service

Disgusting service from a huge company. I placed an order on the 12th April however the order was canceled by the store. Nobody bothered to advise me, I contacted Pick n Pay asap 4 times, the agents never bothered to advise me. I lodged a complaint Ref *** no response in over a week. I have not received my refund as yet. This is pathetic service and *****ing! I will never support this store again.
