Disgusting service

I ordered on the PnP ASAP app and got confirmation that my order will be delivered before 15h00 today, they kept changing the delivery time frame until 4 hours later they canceled the order with no reason provided and refunded the money to the ASAP wallet which allows you to get the money refunded to your bank after 5 working days. This is the worst service I have ever received as I need the items today but now I am made to wait 5 days for my money. DISGUSTING!!!!!
