Disgusting service customer service

Disgusting customer service by the parcel counter lady, I had just purchased groceries in the store and proceeded to the Pick ‘n Pay liquor where I was told my trolley is not allowed in the liquor. The security guard asked me to take my trolley to parcels counter and park it next the counter since all items were loose (no plastics since they will be going directly into the car). Now the lady tells me my trolley is not allowed since my items are not in a plastics, I ask nicely if I can park it next to the counter. Guess what? She refused and even has a nerve to point at me with rage. I asked for her name and she just refused, it seems I wasn’t the only one that got that kind of service. Now the question is where do I park my trolley if I need to enter the liquor store. Funny other branches like Irene / harties / wonderpark etc. you wouldn’t experience such service.
