Disgusting service.

Pick 'n Pay westgate mall has the most horrible services, the most horrible I've ever received.

The staff there behaves like they don't wanna work, no smile, I never felt so unwelcome in a store before.

There was no cashier for a good 10min to 15min by the kiosk I had to stand on the other queue only to be served by an angry lady... I greeted her and she kept quiet ignored me overall the service is bad even the gentlemen who was asked to take the Medlemon for me, he just told me he doesn't know how to operate and that there's no one at the kiosk so he just drop the products by one of the cashier's and she just also ignore me which is why I went to another queue.
