DISGUSTING SERVICE

i was told **** u by your driver just coz i was late to go down to fetch my order.he gave me the most AWFUL attitude i have ever recieved to a point that i refused to accept that order and asked him to return it to Picknpay rosebank..i then walked in my pyjamas to PNP to resolve the matter.he continued to lie nd narrated a diffrent version of events.i lost my cool and almost manhandled each other coz i was very upset.i had to carry the heavy order myself to my house coz he told me he will not deliever it again..on the way the paper kept breaking off and stuff falling but i managed to get home.. Why was i treated like this.why why?
