Disgusting Service - Blatantly Ignored by PnP

I made an online purchase on 25th September 2022. I specifically bought groceries from PnP to get their Power Bank special.All my groceries were delivered except the power bank which was the main reason for the purchase. I sent emails and even left a message online but they date no response - it just says not supp****. Your service is absolutely pathetic
