Disgusting service

Placed an online delivery waited two hours and they sent the incorrect order , then I was told they would deliver next morning which meant I had to be late for work. I left home at 10.30am when no came and no one evens called . Driver only called at 10.45 am when I was only way to work. I then asked for delivery at 5pm. Was home at the said time and waited till 19:15 when I checked the app it showed delivery first at 19:30 then when I rechecked it showed delivery this morning at 09:00 . Its is now 11:03 no one has bothered to call me
