DISGUSTING SERVICE
Hyde Park ...worst of all the branches. Howeverr if one takes a few minute to read all/or some the reviews from various stores.. you will note that overall..they are not popular with their customers...again...one has to wonder if they even bother to read these reviews since their reponse is approximately ...no ACTUALLY Z E R O!! you have been warned

23 Aug 2024, 13:50I do not agree to my information being shared. I said what I said and I am not the only person who feels this way. You can choose to read the Google reviews under the Hyde Park website as a reference to my report. I also had a verbal conversation with a friend who relayed her disappointment with the Hyde Park store. She was furious.
Customers take time to write a review or report an incident for your information. This happens after a really bad experience. We are aware that people are human and make mistakes. Working in retail and being rude is not a mistake it is an insult and disrespectful.
I will not bother being a picknpay customer after this threatening reply. I DO NOT WISH TO HAVE MY INFORMATION SHARED,
A report is optional for a company to use it as a guide to what’s going on in their stores...Use it , don't use it.
I will not waste my time again. I now shop elsewhere where the service is excellent
