Disgusting service

Pick n pay Somerset mall has thee worst customer service and management. They use bait marketing and false advertising to lure unsuspecting clients into the store only to be told that whatever was on special was out of stock, imagine on a 3 day sale , and I as the customer came on the second day quite early to be told very rudely by the non attentive staff, and when I demanded to speak to someone regarding my issues they call someone without even informing them why they were being called. Imagine standing there having to repeat myself again asking for stick on two items namely the Mecer Celeron laptop and the Goldair Air fryer. After attempts to get answers from this person named Shanee , I was then told to buy more expensive items as there ones on special were out of stock, of which I refused, I requested to speak to the manager , as I wasn't even sure what this lady's title was in the store as she never introduced herself to me, anyway she back with no manager on sight and came with an excuse that another store has the items I'm requesting, mind you it's getting late, so now I must drive with my 5 year old to a store far from my home and area due to the stores incompetency. I could tell I was not getting anywhere in this store as everytime this shennne person left me standing on the aisles a security guard would come walk around to stand guard as if I'm a ********, must be terrible having black shoppers in a predominantly White area. Fast forward she eventually came with a "solution" advising that they called the other store and they will get the item delivered to the store as it's closes Sunday. She promised to give me a call when they have the items, as I work office hours Monday to Friday and have no time to go to to mall weekdays . I gave her my two numbers where they can reach me, and you know what they called on Monday , unfortunately I missed their two back to back calls as I was in a meeting, I did return the call as well and could not get through tried again and the person dropped the call. Tried again on Tuesday to no availability. Its sad that they have another 3 day sale this week but you know what pick n pay is really not the worth their name is written on. Bad customer service, bad PR , horrible staff and mangers .
