Disgusting service at the deli

I went to Pick n Pay Lotus River to get rolls and russians. The cold meat section filled with flies did not have a microwave and at the till i was asked to go to the bakery/deli which i did and the rude deli staff refused to warm them as she had things in the fryer. When i peaked, the fryer was off so she just would not warm my russians. I wanted to return them but my wife had already paid and i did not want the hassle.

I am ashamed this morning to choose Pick n Pay Lotus River because i passed Makro and did not go to Shoprite cz my choice was Pick n Pay.

Sies your deli staff is a disgrace to your brand.
