Disgusting Service at Pick n Pay Phillipi Junxion mall

I would to write a complaint about the disgusting service I received at Pick n Pay Phillipi Junxion mall at the Kiosk section.

On 26 July 2020, After doing my shopping I went to the Kiosk at Pick n Pay Junxion mall and there was no cashier there I waited and finally a cashier arrived with a bad attitude, she did not even greet she just took the Powerball ticket that I was there to play and when I paid with R100 note she tells me she does not have change without even attempting to check with all other cashiers if they do not have change and tells me I have to cancel the ticket because she does not have change.

After I tell her that I will not cancel the ticket she goes and attempts to get change and only asked 2/3 cashiers and comes back saying they do not have change, I then went and purchased a Score from one of the cashiers with this R100 note and they were able to give me change which means if she had checked with all the cashiers she would have gotten the change if she really wanted to assist me because I was the only customer there at Kiosk at the time.

She was absolutely not willing to assist and had a bad attitude, I do my grocery shopping at Pick n Pay every month and have never experienced such disgusting service and that is not the type of service I expect from Pick n Pay hence I prefer to shop there a not other Retail stores because of the good service I usually get.

I could not get her name because she was not wearing a name tag but she was working at Kiosk alone on the day and was wearing a black jacket and has cornrows on her head.

I expect feedback regarding my complaint as a loyal Pick n Pay customer.
