Disgusting service at Pick N Pay Malvern

I have never encountered a more rude, arrogant and obnoxious person as Mbali Mbela from Queensburgh pick n pay.

She was working at the cigarette counter on 04 June 2023, and I was in the line awaiting my turn to be served. Without explanation she moved to another till out of my sight, and began serving customers from the back of the line

When challenged that I was there first, she rudely stated that she's working on 2 tills. I told her then, that the respectful thing to do was to inform the queue of this, and call customers who were waiting longer, first. Her response was flabbergasting - she states "I don't have 10 hands, I don't have to explain anything to you"

This is disgusting, ****gish behavior, and I feel if her job frustrates her so much, she should resign and seek out a job that she can expend her frustration on
