Disgusting service at Pick n Pay Edenvale

This is the Pick n Pay in Edenvale Van Riebeck Mall, so I went the to purchase a pie and get a cash back. So I ask the lady (cashier) I would like a cash back of R1100. She looks at me and says I dont have money. So I ask her than please find money because I was just at the ATM and its offline and it directed me to Pick n Pay. She then rudely stares at me and says I dont have, then I say then you ask around your colleagues. She then arrogantly asks some lady standing next to her, she says she dont have aswell. I then politely ask her that why is it that every time we request for cash back its like we causing you discomfort or asking you to move mountains. She then looks at me and says its because u asked for it with attitude, 1 (telling a Client they have attitude) I then relay it to her that you have no decency saying I have an attitude. However my attitude must have came from the point I realised you werent willing to assist with me request. So we go on and on in the Tills arguing because she strongly believes I gave her attitude. Some one then comes and calls me to come do the Transaction at the cigarette counter as I head the the was three staff members, they looked at me so dirty and so rude like they have already discussed me that this is the drama queen. The Cashier at the tills ddnt even greet me whilst her colleagues standing next to her were staring at me so rudely.
