Disgusting Service at a Store

I have never been so annoyed by the amount of disrespect and nonchalance from any store in my entire existence. I went to Pick n Pay in Craighall Park to buy food and get a withdrawal of a R1000. They told me it was too early and no one has that kind of money which I completely understood. I went back to work. When I knocked off around lunch time. I again asked for it and no one had it. The girl at the till now said maybe you should speak to a Supervisor. Then a woman with dreadlocks on the next till said "we don't have it, it's still early with an attitude". Next I went to the person I assumed to be a manager next to the entrance who tried to have someone give me the money I needed. One lady from the kiosk gave me R500. I then went and waited next to the manager hoping to get some assistance. The dreadlock bitter woman kept throwing her hands around saying "we don't have money, where are we supposed to take it from." She kept saying this over and over even when a manager was speaking to her which shows there clearly isn't any level of respect for anyone from this bitter old woman. What I want to know is how you happened to keep such a rude person as a Supervisor for such a big brand when she should have not been assigned anywhere she has to deal with customers? I am extremely appalled by the level of disrespect your employees have for customers. I need this addressed immediately!
