Disgusting Service and Rude Management at Pick n Pay Killarney Mall

I experienced absolutely disgusting service at Pick n Pay Killarney Mall. From the moment I raised a simple query, I was met with rude, dismissive behavior from the staff – particularly Ismael Makhova (Floor Admin Manager) and Hlahesane Mahongo (Frontline Supervisor).

Instead of assisting me professionally, they chose to speak with attitude and showed no interest in resolving my concern. Their conduct was completely unacceptable and showed a total disregard for customer care.

It’s clear that this store would rather neglect a customer than make a real commitment to retaining them. As a loyal Pick n Pay shopper, I am shocked and disappointed by the way I was treated.

I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that I receive feedback on this matter. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity at all times.
