Disgusting service and attitude adjustment

<p>The lady at the cigarette counter refused to give my mum a soda water from your fridges. With am attitude this lady from steeldale pnp althea is rude to old people and has no respect what so ever. Her client liason sucks </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Not mention do you want our business or not. This is not the first time. Your manager is useless and the security lady on duty today has an attitude </p> <p> </p> <p>Not to mention there was only one till open. To my dismay you are short staffed that's no excuse for the treatment I recieved. I'm highly upset with the attitude I recieved</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm the client how can you refuse me to buy one of your items that I want to pay for</p> <p> </p> <p>Please send your staff on a training course on how to do client liason or maybe a freaking manual with images could explain better</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like an apology inperson</p> <p> </p> <p>How do you do this no RESPECT NO CARE! These employees are the focus of your business wearing your BRAND! </p>
