Disgusting service

I am very upset right now with pick n pay and personally i even think I will set foot in the store. I ordered on the app around 10 am and till now I have not received the order. I called and spoke to three call centre agents and I explained to them i need the staff before one because I'm in hospital and my mom needs to deliver during visiting hours And no action was taken ti assist I ended up cancelling the order and they told me that I cannot receive my refund now and i have to wait till Monday. This means that i will starve. I'm disgusted at the moment and feel like crying and will delete the app i will never use their useless app nor step foot at pick n pay. Should have just ordered at checkers 60 sixty I have never experienced such bull****. And i am going to share this horrible experience with all my face book Freund's which is about 3000 of them. And i would never recommend pick n pay to anyone
