Disgusting service

I went to the pick and pay in Centurion mall to buy some eggs and hamburger rolls. When I got to the till I asked the cashier to check how much the eggs cost. The cashier Rebecca told me that I have to go to the kiosky to check the price because it will take long for someone to come and void for her. So as she was saying that she started scanning the rolls, and when we tried to explain to her that we wanted to pay everything at once she went on and on about how long it would take a person who has to void to come and void. Then all of sudden she dragged the eggs while complaining, she scanned them and shouted void. At point I was shocked because she didn't even wait for me to state if I'm buying the eggs or not. She didn't even ask me. She continued screaming for void. So I asked her why does she want to void , she said she told me that it would take long for someone to come and void. And I asked her again but why do you want to void. She said because she the eggs cost R99. And I said I never told you that I'm not taking them. Then she continued with her transaction and I made the payment and left.

It took her about 10 minutes to assist us, but in that I went through a whole lot of different emotions from the way she was looking at us , to the way she spoke to us.

I'm very disgusted by the treatment I received. I have never in my whole life received such treatment not even at shoprite.
