Disgusting service
Good Afternoon.
I would like to place a complaint against Pick and Pay, I ordered and item online and went to collect it at the allocated store, only to be told that there is no stock. The money has been taken off my account and the gentleman at the store says it will be refunded, but someone should have called me and told me.
I ordered the item on Monday and was going to collect on Wednesday. So they had more than enough time to call me.
I had to drive all the way there and only to be told that there is no stock.

I ordered the product on Monday and today is Thursday, and i still have not recieved my funds,
My issue is while at the store there was a lady who said in a different language that there was stock arriving that particular day, and because the gentlemen assumed i did not understand he just said he will speak to his manager as he said there is no stock.
He went away for over 15 mins and came back saying the same thing.
Its really upsetting, due to the fact that i had to book a time slot to go and fetch said item only to be told there is no stock???
i would appreciate if you can locate a store that has stock as i still want the item
