Disgusting service

I have made an order online pick 'n pay home on the 25th of November 2022 till today I have not received my order why I have no Idea. It was very easy to deduct my money very quick but It's very difficult to deliver. I have been calling numerous time but all I get is rude consultants the last one even dropped the phone on my ear while I was still talking to her by the name of (Shaunay) In the beginning I was talking to Shannon and when I asked for a manager they kept exchanging the phone with Shaunay. I have been told 100 stories that my fridge is with the courier company and that there is no stock I don't know which one is which it's not going to a month waiting for a fridge to be delivered. Their service is terrible no communication at all. I will never ever buy anything from pick 'n pay online. Most disgusting service ever
