Disgusting Service

On the 14th December 2025, I placed a order ***. When the order arrived I noticed a few items missing, I immediately sent a request on the ASAP app to inform and requested my money be refunded and to this date NO refund nor response at all from anyone from Pick n Pay. I am so disappointed and disgusted by have I am being treated as a customer from such a well know brand I still continue to support in store. Maybe this is my last hope for acknowledgement
