Disgusting Service

Good Day,

Kindly do note shop at Pick n Pay in Matlosana Mall, we have purchased 4 in 1 Soup mix(Pick n Pay Brand). Once we open this we found worms and eggs inside the packet, we opened another packet and found the same.

When we went to Pick n Pay Matlosana Mall, the management a was rude and unhelpful, we had to do everything ourselves and she delayed us by talking to cashiers and her friends.

The managers name was Refilwe, we advised her to report it and she said they don't report it and we must do it.

Total disregard for customer service and no wiliness to assist with the issue as it was a Pick n Pay product which had the issue.

Total disregard for Customer Service or customer satisfaction.

Wonder how she became a Manager,
