Disgusting service

Very disappointing service from Pick n Pay ASAP! Two driver came to my house, but none of them came to deliver the items I had ordered. Boitumelo on the chat service tells me to wait a moment while he/she calls the store and keeps me waiting for 45min. Another consultant from the call centre also couldn't assist and tells me I may cancel, but I must wait 10 days before I can get my money back. They mess up and I must suffer and not get the things I need because they can only refund me in 10 days. I am beyond repulsed by the service and won't be supporting Pick n Pay ever again.
