Disgusting service

I bought croissants and pies early this morning from pick n pay in hayfields Pietermaritzburg The croissants were stale and the pies were flat and cold When I called the branch I was told that the bakery manager said that the croissants were baked this morning I insisted that wasn’t possible as I regularly eat croissants I was told to come back to the branch for a refund which I felt was rediculous as I would need to drive a distance for a refund of 25rand I called customer service and was told that they need a photo to show that I bought the product and it will take them 7 days to investigate and there after the 25 rand will be refunded into my smart shopper card What a waste of time, money and energy since this morning with pick n pay Poor management and poor food quality and disgusting customer service
