Disgusting service!

I have received the most disgusting service from your call centre agent, Kauthar today. Please go listen to the call made by me ***) on 2025/11/20 at approximately 15:54.

I called in to complain about the fact that I did not receive rugby cards after I specifically ordered on the app because my son wanted cards. There was NO communication prior to me ordering to inform me that the store ran out of stock.

She then told her colleague that “this customer” (aka me) is “****ing her off”!! Wow! So we, as YOUR customers, are not allowed to voice our unhappiness because we are then ****ing you off??!
