Disgusting service

I went to pick n pay at 8h25 to play the lottery I waited there for 15minutes before I was being finally noticed but this is a norm at their kiosk.elizabeth came to tell me the till is not open yet there is no cashier I asked her if the lotto machine is working she said yes but she can't help me then 5 minutes after Rachel told me she also can't help cAuse the till is not open yet there's no cashier .why have a lotto machine in your store if you won't aliwd us not to play I told her this is not the first time this has happened. There's never anyone Rvthe kiosk to help u have to wait until someone come to do you a favour I dont know how many queries I would have everytime I complained about that kiosk service that sucks.i want to know if the lotto machine was working why was I not helped? And if thevmachine was not working why was there no visible sign stating as such. IYa. Pity I have to shop at pick n pay cause it's closer to my home and the smart card keeps me going back there but the. Attitude Abd service At the kiosk will keep me away. But not that it would matter cause pnp has million customers I suppose???
