Disgusting Service

I purchased an item that was marked down.I was chareged the full price.When i went in to get arefund for the difference,The Manager Caroline Mtshali was MOST RUDE and Uncomprising.I am a Senior citizen and therefor at Higher risk of Covid.She Made me Follow the Queue of about 15 People Unnecessarily .There were A Number of Tills that were not helping Customers.In my entire Shopping experience,THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED.Thumbs DOWN TO Caroline ,the manager of Scott street newcastle Pick and pay.i will NOT visit that store again, even if i have to pay a higher price elsewhere.
