disgusting service
I am disgusted by your lack of service and breach of contract. I placed an order online, received confirmation of order as well as a commitment to deliver the order today for a very pregnant friend of mine in Knysna who cannot go to the store. Without any consideration of consultation it was decided by the stores to cancel the order and stop deliveries in Knysna. How is this acceptable- I have written confirmation of acceptance of the order, and amount has been debited from my account, and I have a date and time slot for delivery- this is disgusting ethics and you are in breach of contract as no where in the terms and conditions do you state that delivery can and will be cancelled in an area at your discretion. this is unacceptable, *********

Message from Online store:
All Knysna Orders have been cancelled because the drivers were stopped by the police to say it not allowed and that if they catch them next time they will get arrested. So deliveries are not allowed until lock down is over.
