Pickn'pay Escort has shown that they dont care about human life the only thing they are concerned about is money. on the 6th of May i went to do some shopping at this store.. i was standing on the queue out for some time no social distancing on the queue that was being monitored or what so ever hygiene they tried but where am going that when i walked in i wasn't informed that you need to use a trolley at time dispite that you are there to buy a pen you need a Tolley.. bottom line is when i went to pay the cashier n' security guard told me they cant help me cause i dont have a trolley and in a very rude manner i asked whats the purpose of the trolley social distancing okay but they is practically no one in front of me n' behind me . am carrying a pack of tea bags and a pen why do i need a trolley and am well informed about the COVID 19..ask for the manager he didn't get out of the office he set there and said tell him to come here.. when i was walked in tge so called manager said do you know what is legislation.. same store that outside they is no social distancing his was totally rude, arrogant no concern for customers of which i understand his clientel is black they we are the voiceless who care let them die outside as long as they don't bring in my business.. tell them to get the hell out his sho i don't need your money yet he breathes because of those people out side..from my perspective that fello needs some real education on customer service, care n' communication..thats defiantly not Pickn'pay standards know... if wants to behave like that he needs run a farm n' deal with cattles..
