Disgusting service

I am totally disgusted at the attitude of their call centre staff. I placed an order on the Pick n Pay App and they delivered 1 item short.

The only number available on the Receipt is the ca center ***. They refuse to deliver the item as it is only 1 and want to refund me. I want the item.

The call center staff are rude and obnoxious. They refuse to cater for my needs as a customer and insist it's their way and no other. The order number is #***. They have destroyed my faith i Pick n Pay as a company who cares for their customers
