Disgusting service

I was at Pick n Pay stores in Ottery on the 2nd April 2018. I was in the queue at 16:55 and the store closed at 17:00 , I was at the 10 or less items queue and there was only one till opened. The 2nd till worker named Lucille came at 17:05 and she was angry, she didn't even look at me as the customer in the face as she was assisting me. Out of the blue she said "it's 5 o'clock" and I asked her what does she mean she said she's in a hurry to go home . I asked her if we are not allowed to buy at 5 o'clock, she then argued with me in front of the other customers. I told her that I was going to submit a complaint and she said I must go ahead.

Before leaving the store I went to the customer service desk and I spoke with Manager Zaine who told me that he was going to deal with it and it's not the first time receiving a complaint about Lucille.

I was really disgusted by Lucille's behaviour even worse arguing with a customer infront of other customers. I work as a quality assurance manager and I have been a customer services manager and I know before a fact that you do not argue with a customer and also if you work for a particular company then you are an embassador of that company. Lucille failed Pick n Pay and she's a disgrace she does not deserve to work face to face with customers.
