disgusting service

Jacob is the manager of the pick n pay liqour store, he has such a bad atitude that he would either ignore you, stare at you or just be rude to you,i have had this issue with hime time and time again, today was a simple problem but blew me through the roof, i went to buy sprite zero and half the fridge was empty with no stock at all, i asked if it is finished and i was ignored, Jacob, the carlshier and security carried on for themselves in their language, i went to the pick and pay store and there was more than enough stock, i asked to report to report Jacob and the cashier was hesitant,i reported him at customer services of which i doubt anything will happen. to the point of my story and experience this guy is a horrible manager and has a stinking atitutde, your bottle store will loose customers because of him,i spend thousands a month at this store and will gladly shop elsewhere, he really comes across as a ****** person.
