Disgusting service

On the 6th of nov i purchased at your kiosk with my RCS card and there were no issues...

On the morning of the 8th of nov waiting at teller 9 the cashier's name wad Charlotte and she then advises me that they have to verify my RCS card and i said no problem...she calls her supervisor who then says no rcs cards dont need to be verified, the teller says no we have to...

She then takes a stroll to the office to get it verified, i wait a good 15min... I then see that Im gonna be late for work and go inside by the office only to find her standing the chatting to her collegues...

Took my card and ID left Without purchasing anything with no apology from her
