Disgusting service
I went to pick and pay today at 6:15 and asked the cashier to draw R400 cssh (fnb). She opened her till and took out R300 and said thats all she has even though there was a stack of R50 notes in the till. I told her I could see she Has enough she kept saying no. I asked to speak to the manager and she directed me to Patrick Dlada. He said that theres no money in any tills (even though he didnt move to check any of the tills). I then told him that is an service agreement they have with fnb and this is terrible. He toldme that this is not an ATM I should just use the ATM outside (which is ABSA). He told me I should just go complain to FNB. I asked for his name and he kept refusing eventually he gave me his first name only but refused to give his surname then he said it but refused to write it down and said if I want to complain I should spell his name myself. Eventually he wrote it down. The cashiers were standing around and giggling. This is definitely not the first time I received such disgusting service from pick and pay in brooklyn.
