Disgusting service
I went to the pharmacy at pick n pay in durban north by the sea to get medication for my baby. The product of the shelf said R45 and I even checked the code and name on the shelf to make sure the price is correct. When I finally got to the front of the line it scanned at R70. I told her it was R 45 on the shelf and she didn't believe me. So she went to check and told me very rudely that it was supposed to be changed last Sunday to R 70 so I said it's false advertising and not my fault they didn't change their prices in a week. To which she said it wasn't her problem either. I was so disgusted I left. As soon as I got home I sent an e-mail to customer services. That was 3 days and 3 emails ago. Shocking! !!!
