Disgusting, racial profiling service.

I went to pick n pay CLOTHING jean crossing on the 24th October. I arrived and entered the store at 3:56pm. My assumption was that they close at 5pm as per the search I did on google before I driver there. Anyway just after I entered one store lady came behind me and closed the door. So I automatically assumed they were closing down. Anyway I go to the kids section and literally not 5mins in the store, a group of staff sitting at the register, gossips about me, saying," doesnt THIS ONE see that the store is closed" how disgusting and demeaning. They were unaware that I could hear and fluently speak their language. I immediately responded as I walked towards the till. I told the cashier, a gentleman, it is rude to talk about someone in that way, and that did they expect me to leave when the clock striked 4pm even though I was not done. Instead of apologising, he asks me if I didn't see the sign outside. Why the f do I need to look at the times outside if the damn door to the store is still open. And there was still another white lady in the store along with me, which I had to make them aware of but the didn't gossip about her when she eventually left. None of your staff had name tags, but the man was the only cashier, no remorse no apology and continued to be demeaning asking me why I got tattoos if they have no meaning. Like how do you even think it's appropriate to ask a customer that kind of question. Anyway the shocking end is, when I was done paying, it was 4:05pm but your staff complained like it was the end of the world. Disgusting service. Unacceptable.
