Disgusting Produce and Staff Attitude

I had the misfortune of visiting the Pick and Pay in Camps Bay this morning. While there, the checkout staff were all talking to each other, ignoring waiting customers and general just rude. I was then over charged for strawberries because the *********** staff had mislabeled ALL the strawberries as 'berries' and the prices were incorrect. Rather than assisting the customer, they sent me from pillar to post while mumbling something about barcodes. After insisting on seeing the manager, who could not even be bothered to get out of his chair and stop what he was doing and listen to me,I eventually got the refund. Once home, both the melon and pineapple I purchased were rotten and inedible!! The fresh produce is disgusting, nearly as bad as the staff and management at this store. I will never return again and really hope this store is shut down and replaced by a much better supermarket like Woolworths!
