DISGUSTING Pick n Pay, Sable Square

It is with great regret that I have to write this regarding the following people.

Jannie Smit (Deli Manager) Pnp Sable Square 1. Idah 2. Customer(me) 3. Florida 4. Shafiek (Store manager) I went in to Pick n Pay, Sable Square on my morning routine to get some stuff for the house. However, I came across 8 packets of lean mince that was prices all under R5 and I took it as it was on the shelves and labeled. When I got to the till without consulting me as a customer the cashier called one of the managers to ask her about the price because 'shes also wanted the products at thay price' and without my consent they took away the eight packets of mince to the Deli manager to consult. When she came back, she told me to go speak to him myself because he is very rude. When I got to him, he started shouting at me and I advosed him I will be taking this matter further.

Although with all the mistakes mentioned above the store decided with store policy on human error, although the management has shown no remorse about the situation and the one at fault (Jannie Smit : Deli Manager) has not apologized himself. At 11:22 as will state on the camera footage he (Jannie Smit) has shouted at Florida and refused to listen to her at all even though she told him it would turn into something bigger as I stood by watching a shouting festival commenced in front of my eyes.

At 11:32 Shafiek wanted to give me 2 packets free from cost and take it upon himself which I kindly refused to except as I explained that I wanted the full amount I came in for and they as a team decided to deal with the matter in house as he and the team were scared to lose their jobs. No matter customer policy, they cared about their jobs.

They also asked me to delete the pictures I took to protect themselves as I had them to send to my fiance to make sure I buy the right stuff. However, I still have the pictures with the 'wrong price' as well as when it was relabelled while I was still in the store amd put back on the shelve for the next customer without even being spoken to by the store managers the deli manager (Jannie Smit) has taken it upon himself to make decisions for one of the management staff (Florida) after she asked him to consider the customer but he got rude and abrupt with no means to listen to his superior. When I returned to the front of the store after speaking to the deli manager (Jannie Smit) the cashier was so nosy whilst being busy with a customer in front of her she called me to ask what the deli manager said, knowing, that was not her line to cross.

I am utterly disgusted by the service I received from everyone in the store. As an everyday customer I can say with great confidence that I won't ever be returning to the store again.

However, this matter will not just hang in the air. I will go to the RM as well as Head Office for this matter to be resulted.
