** Disgusting Pick 'n Pay - NEVER EVER SUPPORT! **

I would like to mention how disgusted I am in the Family Supermarket Pick 'n Pay at the Rietfontein Pavilion Centre in Frates Road Pretoria. I drive by there on our way home every afternoon, due to this Pick 'n Pay being the ONLY one on our way home, we decided one afternoon to stop as this is convenient and normally cheaper than some of the other Chain Stores. WORSE MISTAKE WE MADE I was disgusted with the look of the store as you are in the dark, more than half of the lights in the store does not work. The fridges are broken and does not function. The coldrink that is supposed to be COLD is room temperature. The cheese has collected water and are starting to melt and being soft due to the fridges not cooling down the items. Nothing looks appetizing instead the store immediately takes away any appetite that you have. We complained with a lady that I presume is a store manager, but she did not seem very interested to hear us out, I could not take her name as she does not have a name badge or wearing uniform. Pick 'n pay this store is a disgrace, after spending R 500.00 at your store, you will never se me nor my husband again. We would rather pay more for better quality!!!!!!
