Disgusting pathetic grocery asap app

Disgusting pick n pay grocery app.Placed an order using pick n pay grocery app on the 23September2021 .The parcel was never delivered.Spoke to countless people including their customer care spoke to the guy called Vuyo who kept on promising to call back but never called and no one cared to assist.Kept on receiving stories that I will be refunded or order be delivered again.Till Today I didn't receive my money back neither the order get delivered.What a pathetic service I received.I urge people not to use that **** grocery app.
