Disgusting , Pathetic Customer Service

So today I was at Pick n Pay Westering and the service I got , like before , was pathetic including from previous cashiers. The time I was there I attempted using my intelli mali card as I normally purchase there and the system crashed for some odd reason. However , the cashier immediately had an attitude as to why I didn't tell her what card it is and to tell me that that card is not accepted there, so being ashamed I proceed to to next till. The second time around same thing but a different cashier, same attitude and cross questioning. Absolute pathetic customer service, the main drive for any business. Im disappointed Pick n Pay.
