Disgusting online service and delivery.

I have never in the History of doing online shopping, had such terrible experiences with pick n pay ASAP. Every time I've ordered from the app, it either doesn't get delivered, stands on a counter somewhere in pick n pay. With absolutely no checking in or calling the client. It's always me having to call after them. This is now the 3rd time we waiting more than 3 hours for our parcel. How the heck do you wait 3 hours for 5 ****** items? Then to find out the delivery guy is in Heathfield. We live in Muizenberg and ordered from Capricorn Square. What the heck are you doing in Heathfield?

Worst app ever! I'm deleting this app from my phone and will stock to Checkers sixtysixty. Never had issues with Checkers.

I hope this app gets shut down along with the store!
