Disgusting Ongoing Bad Service!!

I must just say that Pick n Pay Kenilworth Centre is by far the worst branch. The staff for most part is just so unhelpful, unfriendly and just down right rude!! I've had many issues with them in the past and would leave the store unhappy and disgusted. One of the managers made me feel that I am complaining for no reason and literally disregarded me. I tried to not to do my shopping at that PnP but it's the closest branch to me especially coming from work they will still be open so it's more the convenience then anything else. A few weeks ago I bought a leg of lamb and it was around 18:15, the buther almost didnt want to assist me as I had to make it known that I was waiting for assistance while there was no other customers waiting and he was literally tring to ignore me. When he gave me the leg of lamb I said to him why could'nt you remove the bone as it was huge and it normally would be removed. His response to me was look at the time, by the it was 18:30 " We are closing at 7pm, we switching the machine off" I was in dismay and speechless!! This is one of many bad experiences at PnP Kenilworth Centre so the list is endless...I'm so sick of this brach their staff and *********** managers who fails to rectify the behaviour and lack of customer service. They disgust me and I cringe whenever I have to set foot into this store!! I don't thik they'll ever get it right because they have no passion for what they do! I would rate them a HUGE ZERO!!
