Disgusting non existent service from Pick n Pay

Stay away from and boycott Pick n Pay. The customer service i recently received from them was simply disgusting,unprofessional and non-existent.Their stipulated email addresses don't work,their Whatsapp platforms are beyond useless and their staff remain incredibly misinformed and unhelpful to the point where they even shift you onto discontinued contact numbers in order to get rid of you and your complaint. I've simply moved over to another retail company for my groceries as well as using alternative fuel stations for the necessary fuel fill ups so as to avoid them and their associated entities.After all the stress of trying to sort out the query,it remains unresolved and when coupled with their couldn't care less attitude,i no longer remain surprised anymore.More third world,*********** service dished up from their *****ic staff who honestly have no business whatsoever been in customer care.
