Disgusting moth like creatures in Semolina

On the 10th of February I bought a few items via ASAP, one being Semolina, after mixing all items u see these moth like creatures in my dough, looked into the package and there was webs and eggs, I sent in the email with pics, only got a call today and the lady tells me I can get my refund on the Semolina, what happens ro the almost R200 other ingredients that was wasted because of this, further to this, I was told I can take it back to the store and see what they can do, pardon me I already paid R35 for delivery and tipped the driver, so now I must spend further money and go back to the store, I thereafter get an email that the issue was resolved. I see there's no option to upload the pics here so I will share to the Facebook page and groups.
