Disgusting manager, disgusting attitude

Disgusting store. Disgusting goods. Disgusting manager. I opened a pack of rochers and found worms in them. Expiring in March. I took it back to the store. The woman was Adament that I should take the complaint to rochers as pick n pay can't help us. I told her to at least take the rest off the shelves. She refused to. I asked to contact me. She refused to saying there's no need to contact me. Her attitude was very poor and she could not understand simple English. She kept saying she can't give me money. I had to explain to her that I wasn't asking for money. 8 2as asking for her to remove the goods off the shelf before others get sick.3 of us were almost hospitalized. Fortunately the treatment helped us. I'm horrified that pick n pay manager is so poorly trained that she has to be sulky, rude and unhelpful.
