Disgusting management @ Pick n Pay Greenstone.
On Monday the 9th March, I visited pick n Pay greenstone with my wife. I went to customer care to enquire about a promotion from last year. Pick n Pay had run out of pots and I had left my name and contact details of myself and wife to be informed when the stock is in. 1st off, a very plump African lady wearing a red suit was very rude in her approach and greeting towards me. Relaying that they had tried to call my wife last year 3 times but, apparently she kept putting the phone down. When I asked my wife she had never received a phone call from Pick n Pay. I enquired why they did not contact me or alternatively send an sms? A Manger was called to address this incident by the name of Goen Mpindiwa, who was very rude from the beginning and he just kept laughing and saying they had done their part. It was our problem for not answering the phone. I honestly have never met people put in a position of management who are so rude and do not have the capability of dealing with customers with compassion and respect. Whether a customer is right or wrong, all avenues should be tried to rectify a situation and if that is not forthcoming then an apology given. These two individuals laughed @ me and walked off...how can pick n Pay such a huge name brand employ such inconsiderate people and allow them to deal with customers? I'm disgusted by the service received and honestly would appreciate action taken. Thank you Captain Furkan
