Disgusting *****

A while back I went to pick n pay in kokstad and attempted to purchase with my rcs card since it is shown that rcs cards are excepted at all pick n pay stores. The store refused to accept and I lodged a complaint with pick n pay head office. The owner contacted me and assured me that it will be accepted in future. I went to purchase again a week later but again I was refused and when I told the supposed manager by the name of siya to contact his boss, he refused. I have complained several times to pick n pays head office but they just don't respond. Our hard earned money keeps them in business but this is how we are treated and they should realise that there are other alternatives to service our requirements.
