Disgusting employees!!!

The one is because there's no option to rate zero!!! I'm disgusted by your custom service! Ordered today via Pick n Pay ASAP! My order was missing a mushroom sauce, I called in to inform the store. Spoke to a disgusting "Duma" girl, who asked me "ufunani" when answering the phone, which is loosely translated as what do you want?! I asked if this is how she speaks to customers she said "weeeh" and called for a girl named Mpilo, who also had zero telephone etiquette, cut me off while I was talking telling me she is rushing to knock off and I must give her my order number! What a disgusting set of employees. Your values include "passion for customers and care and respect for each other" what an absolute joke. Those employees do NOT live by your values. I'll never buy from your app or set foot in that Pinetown store ever. I'll not be disrespected or treated like a stray dog! That Duma and Mpilo need to be taught telephone etiquette,manners and respect! Sies Pick n Pay. The store has gone to the dogs!
